The Nigeria of today obviously holds no meaningful future for its youths and women beyond the economic and social predicaments they are presently faced with. Political marginalization of youths and women and their economic exclusion have reached an alarming rate, and these sad realities call for the desperate need for youths and women to come to their own self-rescue, which they can achieved by using the power of their numbers and their ballots (their voting power) to enforce a democratic regime change in 2027, aimed to help terminate elite political dominance and activate the political inclusion of youths and women, The desire and efforts to actualize this goal was the compelling reason for the creation of “YesWeCan2027”.
Our Goal
“To unite, mobilize and organize youths and women into a political force of forty million voters, who will dedicate their ballots to enforcing a democratic regime change in 2027, designed to terminate and change Nigeria’s status quo of elite political dominance and the political exclusion of youths, women and other competent ordinary Nigerians from holding elective seats, focusing specially on the federal and state parliamentary seats, and also the governorship seats, thereby instituting a functional democratic regime which gives the ordinary Nigerians the opportunity to participate in governance by ensuring that political seats are earned, won or retained but only by merit through credible elections, and not by vote-rigging”
